Privacy Policy — Website and Apps
360i-cons · Updated 13 October 2026 · Contact: info@360i-cons.store
This notice covers the 360i-cons.store applications portfolio and the apps listed below. Data practices vary by app and edition. Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the EU/EEA GDPR apply. If app features or third-party integrations change, this notice must be reviewed and updated.
1. Website visitors and enquiries
When you use this website, its hosting and security systems may process technical connection data (such as IP address, request time, browser and device information) to deliver pages and prevent misuse. If you contact us, we process your name, email address and message to reply. Necessary cookies may be used for operation and logged-in WordPress sessions; analytics or other optional cookies are covered by the settings of any actually enabled service. We do not sell or rent personal data. Third-party links, including Google Play, are subject to the destination provider’s privacy practices.
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed for the enquiry, service relationship or legal duties. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to legitimate retention obligations. Internet and email transmission can never be guaranteed completely secure.
2. App-specific privacy information
These descriptions are adapted from the app privacy information previously published for the same 360i-cons apps. They concern the apps themselves, not every linked third-party service.
CabIQ Free and CabIQ Pro
CabIQ is designed for documenting aircraft and component inspections. Free and Pro work locally: no CabIQ account is required; inspections, findings, photographs and videos are stored on the device and are not synchronized with CabIQ Hub. The published Free/Pro versions do not use advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. PDF, XLSX, media and backup exports are initiated by the user. Local data normally remains until deleted, restored over or removed during uninstall.
CabIQ Teams and CabIQ Hub
Unlike Free and Pro, CabIQ Teams uses accounts and synchronizes shared inspection records to CabIQ Hub. Depending on usage, processing can include name, work email, organization, user role, device name/identifier and connection status; aircraft, component and project data; finding descriptions, severity, actions and timestamps; media; and synchronization and revision metadata. This supports sign-in, team access control, unique finding numbering, inspection synchronization, media, reports and exports.
CabIQ Teams supports offline storage followed by synchronization when the connection returns. Hub uses encrypted HTTPS communication and is designed to separate customer organizations. Inspection information and media can be retained on Hub according to the configured retention/deletion policy and applicable legal, quality, contractual or audit requirements. Reports can be exported as PDF, XLSX, media packages and archives. CabIQ does not sell inspection records or use advertising SDKs.
Access and deletion: CabIQ Teams accounts are arranged by the customer’s administrator. For access, correction or deletion, contact your organization administrator or email info@360i-cons.store with the subject “CabIQ Teams Account Deletion Request”. Include your work email and organization, but never a password. Verified requests may lead to account deletion and session revocation, while inspection, security or audit records may have to be retained or de-identified where justified.
MinuteWise
MinuteWise records audio only when you start recording, with a visible foreground recording notification, and processes recordings, transcripts, summaries, meeting titles and notes. By default recordings and generated text are stored locally. Optional AI transcription/summarization can send audio and/or text over HTTPS to the selected external AI provider, including OpenAI where configured, under that provider’s privacy terms. Microphone, notification and foreground-service permissions support these features. Sharing/export happens when initiated by the user; local files can be deleted in the app or on uninstall.
B1Buddy
B1Buddy supports aircraft-maintenance document lookup by importing CSV data and linking PDF manuals. It does not require an account or automatically transmit imported documents; the published privacy information states no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs. Files and links are stored locally. External PDF viewers follow their own privacy policies. B1Buddy is an assistance tool, not approved or certified maintenance documentation; always consult current controlled instructions.
DC-3×360
The DC-3 aircraft virtual-tour app incorporates Google AdMob advertisements. AdMob can process advertising identifiers and device information and may process data outside Switzerland/EEA. Ad privacy and personalisation choices are managed through available app/device consent and Google settings. The original notice states that the app does not itself collect account, location, microphone or camera information; a WebView may set cookies for embedded content. For Google’s privacy practices see Google Privacy Policy.
VRSphere
VRSphere is an offline VR tour viewer once tours are loaded. The published app policy states no user account, analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs. Tour content, notes and attachments remain on the device without automatic upload. Storage permissions are used to save tours, notes and attachments locally.
Topometria
Topometria manages measurements and location-related data including points, lines, areas, distances, settings and optional exported PDF/CSV/KML/GeoJSON files. Location permission supports active location/map features; the source app notice states no background location processing in the reviewed version. Map or network providers may receive technical requests, IP addresses and relevant map view/position context. Measurements are generally stored locally, and sharing/export is user initiated. The reviewed version reported no advertising SDKs or sale of personal data.
PingMate
PingMate stores reminders, tasks, history, settings and any chosen media attachments primarily on the device. If you configure optional synchronization, task data and relevant authentication details are used to connect to the Vikunja server you specify. The operator of that server controls its own data processing. Camera, audio, video and sharing functions are used when initiated by the user. The published notice states no vendor-hosted central task cloud or advertising SDKs; uninstall or app deletion can remove local data.
LLTracker
LLTracker records projects, subprojects, lessons learned, recommended actions, statuses and optional photo/video attachments locally on the device. Entries may include personal names supplied by the user. No account or automatic cloud synchronization is required, and the published app notice states no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs. User-initiated backup, sharing and exports may create PDF, XLSX, media or ZIP files; the Android system file picker determines where exported content is saved. Uninstalling or deleting local data affects on-device information.
CV-990×360
This application presents a virtual tour of the Convair CV-990 aircraft. App-specific advertising, analytics and data-transmission details have not yet been confirmed from the available source app-privacy statement. Please contact info@360i-cons.store for the current version-specific information. This section must be completed once the released app’s SDK and permission configuration has been verified.
3. Shared rules for apps
Where files are exported, opened or shared through other apps, cloud storage, third-party tools or Google Play, those services apply their own privacy terms. Device-level security, backup and deletion behaviour can affect on-device records. The apps are not directed to children under 13. Data rights requests can be sent to info@360i-cons.store; we may need to verify authority and may be required to retain certain operational/contractual records.
