Terms & EULA — 360i-cons Apps

Updated: 13 October 2026. These terms apply to 360i-cons apps and related digital offerings unless a separate customer agreement or mandatory platform/consumer rules apply.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is the business operator identified in our Legal Notice; contact info@360i-cons.store. App descriptions on this site are information, not an unconditional offer. The version, features, price, licence duration and supported devices may differ by app, edition or purchase channel. Google Play purchases are also subject to Google Play’s applicable terms.

2. Application licence

Subject to lawful acquisition and compliance with these terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the relevant application for its intended purpose. Applications, source code, branding and associated content remain protected by intellectual-property law. Copying, redistribution, sublicensing, sale, circumvention of security mechanisms or reverse engineering is prohibited except where required or expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law or an agreed open-source licence.

3. Professional and aviation use

Inspection, measurement, meeting and aircraft-maintenance apps are support tools. They do not replace official, approved, controlled or certified maintenance documentation, regulatory procedures or competent professional judgement. Users and their organisations are responsible for checking accuracy, current effectivity, permissions, data quality, reports, exports and the safety or regulatory suitability of operational decisions. Do not upload confidential, controlled or export-restricted technical information to an external service unless authorised by your organisation and applicable law.

4. Local files, cloud features and third parties

Some apps operate entirely or primarily on a device, while CabIQ Teams can synchronize with CabIQ Hub; other apps may connect to a user-configured server, AI provider, map service, advertising provider or sharing application. Availability depends on internet access and third-party services. Each user remains responsible for credentials, appropriate device protection and backups. Third-party services may be governed by their own agreements and privacy rules. See the app-specific privacy disclosures.

5. Subscriptions and business quotations

Where offered, app subscriptions, team access, storage limits, hosting, support, integrations and deployment conditions are governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or separate written agreement. Displayed prices may exclude applicable VAT/taxes and may change for future purchases. Cancellation, renewal and refund rules depend on the relevant sales channel and the governing agreement; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

6. Prohibited use and data rights

You must use the apps lawfully, respect intellectual-property and confidentiality rights and avoid unauthorised access to other organisations’ information. You retain your rights to data you enter, subject to the rights of other owners and any customer agreement. 7. Availability, warranty and liability

We seek to provide useful and reliable apps, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that all user-provided data are complete or accurate. Limitations of liability or warranties apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for deliberate wrongdoing, gross negligence or other liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

8. Updates, governing law and contact

Apps and these terms may change with new releases or features; significant changes will be published where appropriate. Subject to mandatory rules that protect consumers in their place of residence, Swiss law governs the contractual relationship. Mandatory jurisdiction provisions prevail.
